Apple Seagate 120GB 5,400rpm slimline ATA (IDE) notebook hard drive suitable for all Apple iBook and PowerBook models. This drive is not suitable for MacBook or MacBook Pro laptops which use serial-ATA (SATA) drives. This is a used and fully tested hard drive taken from a recycled iBook or PowerBook. The testing process on this drive involves checking the built-in diagnostics, formatting the disk and cloning a 6GB disk image of a clean instal of OSX 10.4.11 onto it. If the cloning works without abnormal pausing or noise then the drive is used to boot a test machine.
