New internal optical drive flex cable for non-DVI models of Titanium PowerBook G4 which are fitted with slimline slot loading combo or superdrives. This cable will not work with the Apple OEM DVD-ROM drive or in any Titanium PowerBook faster than the 667MHz VGA model. It is, however, required if you wish to replace an original DVD-ROM drive with a combo or superdrive since the DVD-ROM unit had the ATA data connector on the other side to standard optical drives.
